Alex Designs is all about execution. Execution includes web designs, web programming and web hosting. This means I get thing done. Period.

This is not to be confused with product copywriting, determining brand strategies or creating business models. A lot of companies that I work with need help with more than just my execution. They really need to figure out their revenue goals and business models before moving too quickly into a web ecommerce plan.

Today, more than ever, it harder to build traffic on new websites and build leads for a newly names company. The web is all about trust! So why would a consumer buy a product from a small new website when they can go to a big brand like Amazon that they completely trust. Small businesses need to be unique and very dedicated to making the consumer feel special.

what's the point. Lately, I have begin to really evaluate all existing and future clients to determine who will be around in the next 3-5 years. The dedicated clients who really understand their long term business model are the ones I will be keeping. This includes doing the research and development to position their brands, Releasing good PR to stay current and finding great business partners.

This way the clients can handle building their business, while I handle the execution and implementation of the web strategy. I like to focus my skills on the area I know best and this way I can ensure I give 200%. Too many clients want guarantees that I will improve their business, but they don't want to do any work on their side.
