LTV Order Tracking Improves The Customer Experience (CONT)

Here is a follow-up to my previous posts about LTV and Order tracking.

So today is the first work day after Christmas and I may be a little ahead of myself, but I have not received any NEGATIVE emails that the e-store I mentioned did not ship their merchandise for xmas. In fact I did receive this postitive email below:

Note, I did receive the merchandise I ordered and am happy with them. In fact I received some extra gifts in my package, so thank you.

Interesting, right. Maybe my friend felt bad that the users were sending the negative emails saying "Are we going to receive out xmas gifts in time?" Remember, they couldn't track their purchases because the new e-store didn't choose to set up the order tracking.

In the end the client made up for their mistakes, so hopefully this new website e-Store has avoided any complaints on epinions or feedback websites. After this lesson learned, I am sure the website will move forward to now set up their standard order tracking. This will improve the overall customer experience and help customers become more happy to improve their LTV.
