Web Designer With No Website FTP Access

This is just a test because I havent been able to FTP to my website in 2-3 weeks. Aside from not being able to blog, the biggest inconvenience was not beeing able to post example websites for review on myt server. I have to use some other random domains that I use as development areas. Anyway, hopefully I am back to normal.

NetSuite Redesign Problems

If you're a web designer, you know there are projects that just never end. This is a preview of one project that has been going on for over eight months. This Sunless Tans website was designed, then redesigned, put on hold and then changed again. The qaulity of the website suffers when you have a lack of direction. But now I need to come in and clean up the mess.

With this website the problems are not Netsuite related. The navigation was established incorrectly, the images are screwed up and the user experience is poor. Basically there was no internet strategy. But, HEY, the large body of work was completed. With over 50 products and 10 categories the "backend" development is 90% done. Now it is just connecting the dots. Or what i call "creating the "sales funnel" strategy.

The next steps of this project include Search Engine Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization and implmenting the business rules. I will walk thru the process and track progress to fixing my Netsuite Redesign Problems.
