    For the last 10 years I've been an Interactive Creative Director focused on Acquisition and Conversion of eCommerce and Lead Generation. My team of web designers develops creative that is tested to improve customer acquistion and increase retention while decreasing advertising costs and improving (long/short term) ROI.
